I would like to know how many were recalled in 2007 and 2008. Can someone tell me where to find this number?

i aqired it through my grandfather years ago,it is on abrown leather back it is silver in colour and has three sections on the front of it endurance in one oower in one and speed in the bottom section theres inscriptionss on the back i can't read all of it but the bottom says millwalkie i think i just want to see what it is worth qqnd sell it

I am interested in Harley Davidson that someone is selling in Nebraska and I am California. I am not there to inspect the bike myself I have seen plenty of pictures but I know nothing about the bikes history so I asked for the Vin#. I checked it and it is coming back that there is lien on the bike. If I purchase the bike does that mean that I am responsable for the lien or does the lien stay with the previous owner. Could I even change the title of the bike to my name if there is a lien on it??? Please help
